Shipping
You pay the shipping cost shown at checkout. The rate and estimated delivery date depend on your delivery address, the products and quantities in your bag, and the available shipping methods.
Production happens before shipping. Use the delivery estimate shown for your order at checkout; delivery dates are estimates.
Order updates
After you order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Returns & sizing
Because each piece is made to order, general returns, change-of-mind returns and sizing-related returns are not accepted. Please check the measurements for your chosen style before ordering.
If there is a print error or visible quality issue, the item can be replaced or refunded. Contact support with your order number and clear photos so the issue can be reviewed.
